pete's 400,000 options vote, page-7

So Pete is getting paid $393,876 incl super. He wants options of 400,000 = $132,000 at 33cents = $525,876 salary. But wait, isn't he responsible for bringing the share price to that level. I wonder why you would intentionally announce a competitor is in market or an AG is coming to market on a very bad day and wants $400,000 options. We all know that the 33cents is a fire sale and that by next year, it will be more than 33cents. I would rather allow the company to give you a pay increase of 10% rather than this 400k options. Doesn't Pete get performance options anyway?

If you compare the salary for the CEO of Bionomics, she gets $463,647 of which $13,647 are options.

If people have ideas on other small cap biotech CEO salary please feel free to post it. Right now there is no justification for this huge amount of options.
