I asked IG yesterday about the legal claim. Each party has lodged their relevant documents and we are now just waiting for a date.

Re the buying support - it is there but not being shown on-screen - only appearing as necessary to buy.
Institutions now account for about half of the register, with a number in the 3-7m range.
There has been considerable buying in the last few months from North America, and I think that IG said that nearly half the register (presumably number of shares) is held by o/s interests.
The top 20 holding has dramatically increased in the last year and is now 44%
