re: does the pm have a constitutional power.... Go to a few courts in Australia and you will see some brilliant barristers that could get Corby off with their eyes shut. Unfortunately you do not require much evidence at all in Indonesia, a third world country, to get a conviction. I am not much interested in the case, only seeing justice as we know it being done.
