That price projection is for $200 million in revenue using the most basic of valuation techniques - price to earnings. Revenue is projected to be around $500 million by 2015/2016 - this could equate to a NPAT of $120 milion or more, a share price of $4 or more. That is 500% upside over a 5 year timeframe - hence why I am invested.
Well, I don't think anyone can talk for AS as to what risk he sees in Unilifes future. I know two things - theres no such thing as a low risk - high return investment, and AS's personal risk exposure to Unilife is more than offset by his handsome remuneration package.
