was reading the announcements of the company and the slide presentation, just have one question which you might be able to help with

the announcements refer to a development decision by mod 2005

the slide presentation refers to a construction decision by 4q2005

given the engineering is complete, could the produce in 2006 if they only make the construction decision in 4q?

i keep reading the story again and again looking for a catch - i can't find one except the above - can you clarify please

looking to by more but the selling evaporated yesterday

ps for a takeover to succeed a price of $4 would have to be offerred - maybe more - what do you reckon
