Just Newly constructed Homes , nothing existing .
No big deal being a " Millionaire " ..so What ?? Cap it at $500,000 , you only get 1 grant .. Will not make any difference .
What exactly is a millionaire .. and what %age of them applied or recieved a FHB grant ? .. It would be a spit in the bucket .
