Not lamenting mate, I just know how to read an announcement. Please read my last post again before you make a further comment. Please don't misquote my figures.
For the last time, 30% of 1.3 bil is $400 mil = capital raising approx (that is what announcement says- current sp is absolutely irrelevant)
