Manny what do you think Haw will get a free ride and still keep their 40% , most of us know this will not happen , so what else is left LCY buys the remaining 40% ?? , but I think it will mostly be done on shares at a pro rata in the new company to make up the 40% of Haw , any way thats my guess , but lcy will not just be the one coughing up 30% if haw is still involved thats a fact
