been trying to suss out their pre listing life and it looks as though they were formally Tox Free Systems Pty Ltd who formed in 1993 but were put into administration 30/12/1997 and finally released from administration 24/2/1999 after a capitital restructure.
Bet your bottom $$$ that Renee Rivkin was then involved and early to mid 2000 a bunch of officeholder etc changes and charges occured and by june 2000 the listing on the ASX started to processed with the prospectus for 12 mill shares at 50c. Listing happened early 2001 with Rivkin emerging as the biggest shareholder with over 9 mill shares so he definately picked up a heap somehow pre listing.
Hard to find this info but finally tracked down via ASIC website and searches on the ACN 058 596 124 (Tox Free's current ACN)
