Short term traders in PEN (or any stock) are more at the mercy of the market than medium or long term holders, by their very position.

If they have borrowed or in some way leveraged their holding and trades don't go their way it's stiff luck, that's the way it is

But they shouldn't expect the company to issue any announcements they want to help their cause (trade). The company is legally bound as to what it HAS to announce, and need not issue any more than that

I observe in our case since NuCore came on the scene announcements have lessened, this may turn out to be a great thing, who knows

But think about this year, we have had market highs, followed by a once in a millenium tsunami hit an aging reactor in Japan, (PEN still just followed the universal price reaction), and fear of a world recession.

In our own little world on HC we have had posters demeaning, villifying and quite possibly slandering Gus Simpson.....Why the hell would he publish any more than he must to a market that carries on like this ?

As I have said of late,"if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen" and sell you shares. If you trust our management and board stay on board, but don't stay and revert to speculate about the honesty and morality of the PEN management.

I can't tell anyone if PEN will succeed as we all hope, no one can, but in my little way I will support the company to the hilt, and that won't include corresponding with the professional oponents in Wyoming
