We had buyers at 2.10 yet the bot wasn't interested but was willing to bot bot away at 2.01 earlier in the day . Institutions with over 80% of the stock just want to play the price the shake out the other 20%. Price will be over $3 when an offer to AKI is made so less shares have to be issued.
