Al's possible Salary this year.

Basic Salary $400,000 (I think)
If he is a good boy - upto another $200,000
If he is a really good boy
250,000 options at exercise price early Jan 2012 Value ???
(this is really catch up for last year 2010/2011 - poor fellow didn't get any big tips this year))
250,000 options at exercise price June 30 2012 Value ???

Lets say he sells another 2 stablilty trials to pharmas-10%
Also he signs one develop agree between 3 and 5M$- 10%
and does one commercial supply upto $25M - 15%
That gives him 35% of 1,166,000 shares - value 408,100 shares at lets say $9.50(price at 30/06/2012). Value $3,876,950

Then if he is an excellent little chappy and the price is above $9.45 for 20 out of 30 days
250,000 free shares. Value $2,375,000

I did leave out the 500,000 options he gets at $x this year. Can't value them.

And there is the real chance he will earn this kind of Salary for the next two years also.
