Yes Hangseng, my biggest concern was the market cap of Lion Gold for what it had achieved to date and whether it was a bubble that could burst once we received our shares?

Having such a large market cap also meant they could offer less shares than if it was say at a more reasonable level or in line with where they are at.

They have a novel approach and who knows, if they set up enough of these modules then it could work. Konongo won't hurt their cause either. Without Konongo though a $600m market cap is almost laughable... and it got there without the news of acquiring SBL.
