RC uses the words creative flair. I think the appointment of RC was made, the capital raising done to steady the balance sheet, and when the personality issues became unworkable... the half hearted emphasis of his deal brokering came through.(He doesnt know why he even took the job at NXS, only because there was no creativity!) In fact I wouldnt be surprised if he (RC) has already passed on info to suitors which he shouldnt have in the first instance. The board may have caught wind of this, and perhaps took over negotiations of their own....dont forget that RC has virtually no shares in NXS.
