It's like you cant post without making a snide remark.... the post was fine until then....anyway...I reply:

The limited wisdom I have has put me in good stead at age 37, however I have never suggested my wisdom is infinite....in fact, you will notice that I often post that I am happy to learn from all, bear or bull....I own several residential investments that I always subdivide. I started at 19.

The point of my post is that every time someone posts something on here that may have some merit, but is not bear like, it gets slammed and ridiculed. I am happy for it to be challenged, but that is often taken way too far.

The robobears berate people to the point that people with knowledge that can help all will just not post at all! The only purpose that serves is that of the robobear...not normal bears OR bulls. I am neither bear nor bull, but just get slammed as it doesn't suit their agenda to have a range of input on the forum.

As far as what I do, well, I buy and develop property, but am in no other way involved. In fact, again, read my earlier posts.... I cant stand RE agents or 'financial advisors' or the like.

I don't think my opinions require contact with huge volumes of people to be valid...they are my opinion. In fact, most of the people out there have an agenda, so DYOR is my key.

Be a bear, be a bull.... it IS a state of mind, just keep the mind open... that's all.
