Something must be said publicly as a follow-up from what was advised to investors publicly at the August briefing.
One would think the current price has already factored in a delay in arrangements - however, understanding the short memory of the market, if there is a further announcement of delays in financing, the price could drop to unanticipated mouth watering levels!
