Can someone please enlighten me.
I have 200000 shares under my name and 800000 shares under a family trust. Do i have only one vote, or can i vote for my 200000 and my wife vote for the 800000?
I know it is not much difference but then again every vote will count on this one.
Also we are getting close to the required 100 shareholders and 1 vote could make all the fifference.
There are 7 names on the family trust, but it would be wishful thinking to hope that they all have a vote.
Whichever is the case all these shares are voting NO!
Cheers
