Mine would be about the $500,000 loan to Kingsway. According to their Annual Report, the court has ruled the defendant (Kingsway) to repay the loan + 14% interest. This equates to ~$750,000 or another way to look at it is around 20% of the recent CR. Passing the fact that lending this sort of cash whilst trying to get a business up and running seems ludicrous, when is this money going to be repaid? Because Kingsway is in Singapore, does that mean more court dates in Singapore?
