    I am not a religious freak nor do I wish to engage in a religious debate.

    I believe in being respectable as much as humanly possible as you do.

    I ask the same of the gay population in regards to church weddings where vows are taken before God etc...

    I find it somewhat amusing when I hear about gay people wanting to marry in a church given what we know about the bible's/God's views on homosexuality.

    They have every right to have a "legal union", but should not have it executed in a church out of respect for Christian doctrines and its followers. That is the only point I have been trying to make.
