If China becomes number one silver will have more value. They seem to have a more traditional value system.

Since early 70s the USA has broken down the value of gold and silver and forced value into their money and system which some see as a more modern system. Unfortunately the modern system seems to be based more on promises than real value. This system can work if the promise is honoured BUT if a mass culture grows on not honouring promises then hasta la vista baby.

Through greed,delusions of grandure and probably too many drugs, the financial guardians of our system have forgotten the value of an honouring a promise.

The value of SVL will depend a lot on how much the market can undertand the value of numbers, plastic, paper or cheap metal coins backed by a false promise V numbers, plastic, paper or cheap coins backed by physical assets like silver.

After all, we only need to find something real which backs a promise rather than using a debt to back a promise. Debts in themselves are just promises...a promise to back a promise. No wonder things are unwinding.

What we are seeing with SVL is a trading culture which still thinks that the US dollar which at the moment is only backed by a promise is worth more than a physical object. As an example Silver is valued against US dollar, rather than the dollar being values against a kilo of silver....get it.

In the end each individual trader needs to figure out whether the world will value physical things more than a promise. Or whether the powers that be will give less value to promises and more to phyical assets.

If doing the latter unsettles the current power structure then we could be in for a rough ride.
