    Great article. People normally associate weight training with external muscle building for vanity. It does have internal benefits and can add more value to the areas of our bodies that are not on show, as your article points out. I was told to do light weights for my heart after my attack(arrest). I've started walking but I must show more discipline and start the weights, I did buy a kit but it's still in the garage!
