Depends on the market. If you're flying in executive mining staff for start ups etc and offer accommodation as part of the enticement package then the dwelling has to be of a certain calibre. Inner city quality apartments are not dime a dozen in Perth.
Maybe phone them up and ask for 5 apartments and see what they offer. Then tell them you have 15 more execs flying in next month.
