As many know NC is now in Malaysia. He is a very diplomatic negotiator. Now with LYNAS about to add almost 10% to GDP (how rare is that - that one firm can add 10% of a nation's GDP????) I highly doubt the pre operational licnse will be granted in Oct. As some said. LYNAS never stated that. So the qword twisting is getting very tiring by the anti LYNAS group.
Hopefully when NC returns there will be some good news - though do not expect the license yet! I would be shocvked if there was an annoucement on that - although I hope like most of us it occurs before XMAS I would not back it.
