PJ does have a history of guiding companies to takeover.
Regardless of that I think its pretty reasonable to assume once water rights, transnet contract, eskom contract, and finance are in place this company will be subject to takeover. In other words, I doubt this company will ever dig any coal out of the ground as an independant producer.
