    Options are up 28.5% today and buyers coming back in for the first time in awhile. Exciting times for GTE with the EU sitting down for their final meeting this Thursday our time..

    Would be a great way to end the week/month with a positive debt resolution from Europe and a trading halt on GTE Friday!!
