I am not sure what the great -elderly unwashed get for free, i think nothing... its user pays.. they take part of ntheir aged pension...direct from C-link
If it means that a homeowner cops it (is tested, or forced to sell a home) as a user payer, when others , who havnt been a home owner, get subsidised by a person with the ability to pay... there's something wrong with that...
the article is not that clear...the part that stuck in my claw was..."practically you must sell, as you wont get aged care".... will they issue armbands & jackboots with these laws???
