It is my understanding that the acerage around TC had multiple parties involved with land brokers. As such you have made an incorrect statement that really is not even a generalistion but an intentional flame.
Moreover, BHP has it hands full already with US shale gas M&A +$60B over the past 6 months.
IMO there is no point speculating or spitting the dummy until Jan 2012
