This will not effect the share price in any way,,,when the NEU shares trade higher and the directors decide to convert the options at 3.77 cents in will give us more cash as the directors will be paying 3.77 cents a share at a later dat,,,,not sure when the closing date is for the options but I would assume the directors have a few years to exercise them,,,

this is the bonus/reward given to loyal long term directors who are doing a great job,,,If the share prices goes to 50 cents in the next 2 years or so they will be smiling just like us long term holders...They will still need to pay 20% more than current market price to execute/buy the shares...company getting ready for the huge appreciation in MC..
