I'm calling it as i see it, looking at the thumbs up i have a FEW in agreeance...
With a record like his at keeping to timelines JH would be much better off not giving a date and stating something like "in the not too distant future".... I personally would prefer a timeline, but i prefer more so sticking to a timeline!!!
In my business if i tell a customer he'll have his product within 4 business days, what i really mean is he'll have it within 2 business days DEFINATELY!
Under promise over deliver...
If i am unsure of a definate timeline of stock arrival the customer will be clued up completely...
( no smoke and mirrors!)
