Unions and workers would have to be blind not see this coming.
Qantas planes fly overseas,so will get most of them serviced there.

Right now as some workers said, they want job security and pay rise.

I would work on Job security by being the best employee a boss could want.

Any job that is hard to lose, is also hard to get.

When a employer has problems sacking a worker in a permanent job . He then goes to casual or contract.
Or very careful who he puts on permanent.

The bad employees and unions have brought this on you and your mates.

BTW, I have never employed anyone for that reason, I have always been an employee or later in life, self employed.
But have friends in business.
