That's how I understand how it works as well, the rest of the board must contribute to decisions made or announced, not JH alone ??
Unhedged, on a serious note, ... why don't you as well, contact JH and express your thoughts and then relate JH's response to us CTP SH's, instead of conjecture here on HC ?(... that still could be correct, but at this stage is not fact).
