    only 487m shares issued from information i can see. Why the capital consolidation? share holdings will be diluted 20:1. can anyone tell me how that is good unless reflected in a large sp increase. what sp are the cr shares being let go at - any ideas?. IMO still a little concerned with consolidation - have had nothing but bad experiences in the past with them!.
