    Fair enough Stayer. To be honest with you I personally feel that Australias carbon tax is far worse than this minor change in Argentina. At least the companies still get to keep the revenue for their own internal investments within that country.

    Would actually be preferable if Australia banishes it's carbon tax and does the same.
