In other words the deal has been lost as Nucore doesnt want to pay 7.5 c for a 5c share
PEN will have obliterate the Sh's to get a new deal signed due to the current SP
I thought Nucore were to be a strategic partner with mega contacts and influence in the U market
The SP originally tanked on the back of Fukishima, but as far as I am concerned, the rest of the downside has been purely caused by the delays , delays and further delays of the DFS.
The SP recovered to 11c after Fukishima.
The DFS was Due at the beginning of the year It was "imminent " in June
Now its being put on hold to be started all over again with different parameters to make it commercial

Apparently development time frames havent been impacted by a near 1 year delay - How can that be the case
