Im not being arrogant or downramping

I was stating what I believe has caused a Share price to go from 15.5c to a low of 4.5c - 70% !!

Pretty sure last time I looked, the ASX was down from 5000 ish to 4300 ( say 15%)

More importantly PEN 11c to 4.5 c post Fukishima - 55ish%

If the've got all the details you suggest they have - Where is the DFS ?

What financial institution or shareholder is going to fund a development without a business plan -

Have a look at your post - "its ok, we dont have approval, or a business plan, but we can build it anyway ""

Shareholders have a right to challenge delivery of commitments given too them.

If they cant get it in announcements, they get it directly in the hip pocket by the SP
