MG, my thoughts are that now Nucore are out of the picture, things will start to get a bit more vibrant again.
As soon as Nucore came on board PEN shut up shop, no announcements, no nothing.
Now we may hear something from those many other companies that were banging on Gus's door prior to Nucore.
PEN is now fair game, the only thing we need to know is what is fair price? More than 4.6c imo.
