To clarify IT and Cottee were at pains to point ut they dont have to produce by Mid 2014 to retain permit just prove substantil progress is being made.
Also you missed a "minor" tangential bit(pun intended). Leases in unconventional gas - Karoon hived off. Pay off for Karoon Big time.
