Fair value depends on one's interpretation of risk. Political risk takes over resource size and development risk in determining the share price. So 64 cps might seem fair given this could turn into a bouganville copper.

So I presume you are a shareholder who has decided that 64c is fair value for your shares?

Maybe it could turn into a Bougainville Copper - but let's not forget Bougainville Copper was also a successful producing mine for many years. If TYC went the way of Bougainville Copper we would get a market cap. many times $100 million before production stopped!
