PRR is a classic speculative stock, as are all infant Biotechs
They are only driven by "good news" announcements not by anything else
Don't think that a rising market fuelled by the European leaders starting to get to grips with their huge debt problems is going to give PRR a boost..it won't
Europe still has a long way into getting their house in order, and we still face an up and down market
The SP of PRR at current levels gives an opportunity to accumulate and await the good news factors
