    Agree, I don't think the resource upgrade is going to do anything to the share price. We already know what MTE holds by way of coal tonnage. Yep, a JV will be the catalyst for share price appreciation from here.

    I guess we just have to wait til end of year. I'm assuming it will be done and dusted by then.
