re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Hmmm. I am not sure we'll get the CRE shares in lieu of cash- sounds a little far-fetched. Stone can keep CRE as a buy and hold- even if CRE is removed from the ASX, and that could work out. I've also read everything there is to know about Stone. The placement/investment in AAM could not have been approved unless they have funds available. Ultimately, the market will determine if the see this as a new opportunity for AAM. There's a long way to go with this.
