Mega Graphite certainly seems to have been working on that IPO for a LONG time. But, seeing as how they now consider the Big Mack project referred to in the website link to be among "their" projects, it's reasonable to assume the deal went through anyway without the IPO.

There appears to be a pattern forming here. Which is why I repeat what I suggested in a recent post: "I don't believe paying the $C70m is - or ever was - an issue for Mega. If I'm wrong about that and the funding is a problem for them (or the deal has been changed), it should have been revealed well before now and Mega certainly shouldn't be preparing the way to reopen "their" Uley mine."

However, the reality is none of us really know what will happen when SER management finally condescend to let their shareholders in on the details. It's all just speculation. And, even though Oct 31 is almost here, I'm still not holding my breath that we'll get any substantial news for a while yet.
