You have just shown how serious he has been about climate change for a long time. That is my point, so stop complaining that he is doing something about it.

The new target is 80% below 2000 levels by 2050 which is exactly what Windsor advocated in his private menbers' bill. 5% by 2020 which I'm sure you will agree is harder than the same target as we are years down the track.
