Less the top 20 holders who hold 601,257,602 share leaves approx 1,506,317,391. We would need one in 3 to get our target no vote.

Plus if we were to mail out 7619 letter at 60c a letter = $4,500 just to try to get a no vote...

As you can see the directors can effectively do as they please & other than a bit of noise can't expect mush resistance as it is just too hard, cost ineffective & most shareholders are just plain apathetic.
