They way I see it is that you would still vote no on item 7 (from memory as well).

Voting no in item 1 will cause a bit more concern for them as if they are not re elected the performance shares do not transfer with them/ continue on upon leaving the company.

This 25% no vote will then force them to put to shareholders a resolution proposing the calling of an extraordinary general meeting to consider the appointment of directors of the Company & if more than 50% of shareholders vote in favour of the Spill Resolution they must have another meeting with all directors who were in office (other thanthe MD of the Comapany will cease to hold office immediately but may stand for re election.

It send out a much stronger message than were not gonna take it any more...& you need to work for your rewards.
