Considering how modest our cash outflows are (based on Intrepid expenditure being split evenly between us and US Army) I find it hard to reconcile Bell Potter's expectation we will have 3.4 billion shares on issue at some stage in their valuation of NEU.
If Phase II is a go-er we'll be raising capital for Phase III at 50c+ levels.... even if we raised $100M that would be like an additional 200M shares.
