Confirmed to me slinks. One quote from her email response to me. I hope she doesn't mind me posting it.

"In respect of timing to date, we have had to work in with the licence owner’s internal compliance requirements. We suspect their internal delays may have been attributed to their acquisition activities of late."

Frustrating, yes, I as much as anyone thought it took way too long, but I have no reason to not believe her email response.
