Yes that was me trying to hold them to account. What a bunch of slimeballs! They refused to be accountable in any way shape of form or admit that this was a poor outcome. DC wouldn't directly answer some of my questions particularly the one about his 5 November 2010 statement that coreholes and the outstanding performance of the Bibbelwindi pilots would lead to "strong reserve additions" that some months later vaporised! Or his statement to JP Morgan that 30-40% of reseves would eventually come from the Hoskisson. At least I managed to point out that disclosure had been poor if not misleading. And at least DC said that they had no other takers, no-one interested in equity in the LNGN project and basically no way of going to the market for funds .. having lied and mislead the market (IMHO) about the reserves upgrade. Deceived by ommission may be more correct. These guys should be embarrassed but of course they won't be .. they will be too busy spending their (our!) money.

I'm with you on doing more homework on the makeup of boards and management.

A landslide perhaps but its interesting that the 28m votes (=shares) against the SOA represented 19% of shareholders voting means the average holding of those voting against was 53,000 ... so it was a large number of smaller shareholders who were not happy.

    Now I can move on!
