The major shareholder shenzhen has over 50% of the issued shares in PEM , I am guessing its their idea to take more control.
Shareprice will more than likely go up after the raising in anticipation of further accumulation by Shenzhen but from my view PEM is not considering its smaller shareholders long term who will be getting a smaller slice of pie going forward and less representation as not all will take up their entitlements
Similar situation happening with another zinc hopefull IBG currently
I dont like Chineese bed partners was married to one she did nothing for me in the bedroom, I look at shenzhen in the same light.
