There are two types of fear among investors,
# the fear of losing
# the fear of missing out
There are two types of buy and hold investors in stock with falling SP
#. Suckers:
they are the one who see the problem still wait in hope of miracle/xyz price to get out.
#. high conviction Players:
They are the one who constantly revaluate based on all available information and stay as they see light beyond the obvious problems and have the guts to walk thru the fire(high volatility?).
Though dissapointed with fmls
#. recent CRE adventure(too big to chew?)
#. inability to contain cost at coolgardie even with high grade ore
#. High cash burn rate making it prone to future CR's
#. inspite of high exploration investment no resource/reserve upgrade in last six months
I will still hold my core position, assuming the worst is over(almost?) and is priced in SP(last six months relative underperformance), Will constantly re-evaluate every quater though.
There is a thin line between suckers and high conviction players, Who is who only time will tell .
PS: I am a newbie and may not have a clue of what I post. Please DYOR.
